“Anaesthesia Associates” is the trading name of The Hills Anaesthetic Group.

The Group was formed in 1997 by Dr Michael Levitt, a Sydney specialist anaesthetist, initially with four colleagues practising in the west and north-west areas of Sydney. Now after twelve years, it is continuing to grow and expand.

The Hills Anaesthetic Group is composed of a group of highly skilled and qualified specialist anaesthetists with both local and overseas training. Calese Pty Ltd, a management trustee company, runs the rooms and provides services to the Anaesthetists who practice as individuals rather than partners.

Anaesthesia Associates anaesthetists cooperate to provide locum cover to associates in the group (as well as to other anaesthetists outside the group) for holidays and ill-health. Anaesthesia and pain management services are provided to over 100 surgeons and other specialist medical providers in Sydney.
